The case alleges that the New Jersey Division of Fish and Wildlife has
issued sporting licenses to convicted felons. To avoid future instances, the plaintiffs are asking Judge Susan Reisner of the Superior Court of New Jersey to suspend all hunting, fishing and trapping licenses until a background check system for all license buyers is put into place Aarrgghh! Liberals...these people obviously have no clue whatsoever. |

I usually buy a multi year license and mine expires at the end of 2004. I may
try to extend it another three years but they maybe puzzled by my request. One time i read where some biologist was advocating that fishing licenses be issued by lottery and that was why i thought it was a good idea to buy a multi year license. This type of suit may also be a good reason to do it. I take it that these anti-hunters are also anti-anglers too. |
