Greetings..
I'm hoping there's someone who knows the waters around Strathtay in Scotland can give some advice? We're off there, the last week of OCtober, to a little place called Edradynate, I think. ;-) It seems to be virtually surrounded by rivers, but are they fishable? And what species would I expect to find? I'm only used to, and geared up for, general course lake fishing and would like to know if this is going to be suitable for leisure fishing. We'd also like the opportunity to have a go at flyfishing for salmon.. is there such a place where you can just turn up and hire the gear? Is there an off season for salmon? And what would we need in the way of licenses? Sorry for all the questions ;-) Cheers! |

Will mostly be piking; if it's cold you could try for an early grayling.
Best to find a local tackle shop and call hom before you go. Good luck. Jim. "rat" wrote in message ... Greetings..
