Default seafishing licence.

It would presumably give sea anglers a paid for voice, but I am scepticle as
I mis-trust nearly everbodys motives these days.

Better if the Government lead the way and gave us a demonstration of what a
license would buy!!

Anyone hear this on todays news? £22-00 PA for "conservation of
stocks" for anglers.

Does anyone see this as anything but another ruse to rob the British
public of yet more taxes?

Up here in the north the Scottish Exec would have to run it, and with
proportional representation we could get an angler elected to the parliament
to put forward our views (if the anglers bothered to vote).

First Minister Holt has a nice ring to it :-)

£22 for a licence to improve our fishing !!! Yeah right ,like NI pays for
hospitals & Road tax gives us uncluttered toll free motoring, I think not.
