I left Atlanta in 1997 and have not been in his shop since that summer. The
last time I was in the area I left my dollars with Wally. I can assure you
he will not remember me as I was not a major customer.

as always, very much appreciated...

some local news and views....

news: the local wild trout streams, or at least the ones i have visited have
been kick ass this year.... the best fishin' on them since '99, imho. i/we
have been experiencing outrageous counts.... ludicrous numbers of fish to
hand on every day trip.

view: decent water levels and relatively mild summer temps the last two
years have revitalized the streams with bugs.... hence, more fish.

news: YAHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i finally 'vinced 'ree of the advantages of a home
in morganton. we close at the end of this month, god willing, on a nice
adobe not more than 5 minutes from the shop.... YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

view: what's really cool is the swimmin pool..... i fugger i can cut the
chems and have a nice sunfish pond in a few months ;-)
