Default Skeeter Boats Lawsuit

I posted this link for comment a while back:
http://www.injuryboard.com/view.cfm/Topic=1037

In the article a guy gets pitched out of his boat in 2000 and is paralyzed.
In 2003 Yamaha (which owns Skeeter) supposedly duplicates the conditions
that caused it.

I was wondering if they had made a reccomendation to prevent this, and if
the boat design had been changed since then. Anybody know?
