Default Tourney regs in discussion in Wisconsin

Shouldn't they test the theory in a state that has bass?

Well, the Bass in WI are very discerning. Nothing but top shelf for
them. Not like those Eastern trash Bass you hang out with. You can't
expect a quickie from a WI Bass :}
