Help with Boot Repair

Good foot/leg support. Can anyone recommend how to fix (replace the felt) or have it replaced? Thanks in advance. I took a pair ( different brand) and some felt soles purchased from Cabela's to the local cobbler and said "fix em" .... he did, and very well, for not a whole lot of money
