I might be wrong but the cards have Womack and I don't think anyone
else, the stro's have no one that I can think of as an ex-cub. (if

Iffn I 'member rite, he'uns is from beano town.
Personally, I'm rooting for whatever team will finish the games without
extra innings, allowing my beautiful bride to get to bed before friggin
3 a.m.!

Strangely enough, I am most definately not from Boston; I hail from
north-central Maine, a place where Boston is looked upon with the same sense
of distrust and disregard as true Brahmins look upon New Yock. But
nonetheless, not having our own professional baseball team, we are willing
to overlook Boston's shortcomings and root for their team in earnest.
Probably because they were generous enough to share their football team with
us.
