cabelas products
The Prodigy spinning reel is my all time favorite. I don't know much about
the Prodigy baitcaster, but if it was put together with the same attention to detail and quality as the spinning reel you may have a winner on your hands. Does anyone know what the Prodigy baitcaster is based upon? The spinning reel is a "dolled up" Capricorn. "1984" wrote in message ... Anyone have any opinions on cabelas brand rods and reels? Specifically looking at the prodigy baitcaster.

Look at the Pfleugers, they are the same reels.
