got em, wolfie- great pictures. thanks so much for taking the time to send
them to us all. i got a pretty nice picture of the bear that jeff, chris,
walt and i saw on the trail across the stream from us. unfortunately,
the photo wasn't taken on a digital, so i can't share it here.:-(

the photos are way too big... hopefully, tim will reduce size and

post
on web page where i can copy them. i've got most of them, but they

are
so big i can't send them as my isp says the file is too big. i

received
them at my office on 56k and don't have ability to reduce size there
(yet). i didn't get one of the batches. good photos though, and i'd

like
the scenery stuff too...

jeff

I wondered whether the size would be a problem before I sent any of
them out. I didn't do anything about it largely because I don't have
any decent photo software at home and didn't have a great deal of time
to devote to the project at work. And, anyway, I'm still pretty new
to this digital photo stuff......got a lot left to learn.

For the time being, I think your idea of downloading them from Tim's
forthcoming site is the best solution. I'll send them all to him
(hoping that they'll finally get through) and hope for the best. If
this works, I have no problem with anyone who wants to downloading
them. If not, I'll repost the offer in a couple of weeks and we can
take it from there.

Wolf,
I received two messages with five photos attached, and two messages

from my
e-mail provider telling me that it rejected two messages because my

mailbox
was full.

See my recent reply to Jeff. If his idea works, all is well. If not
I'll try to get the rest to you

Thanks much.

No problem.

I can see the messages hitting the mail server, but our two mail
servers are not playing nice after that. Please try resending the
emails to kpos3wt at comcast dot net and we'll see if Comcast is
better. Thanks.

First batch sent. If that goes through, I'll send the others.

Arrived safe and sound. Please do me a favor and send the next batch

to timj at
sbcma dot com, then let me know here that it was sent. I modified my

mail
server's riff-raff filter and I want to see if riff-raff can now get

through.
;-)

O.k. In keeping with Cyli's request, I'll also include some other
scenery shots unless I hear otherwise from you in the next hour or so.
This should bring the total up to 40-50. Select what you like.

Wolfgang
