Plan on a massive, well stocked regatta with a better menu and sufficient liquids to prevent the severe de-hydration I experienced last year. One of those smaller, blow up type flat rafts would be good to carry supplies.....leave earlier-fish longer. john John, We could start where we finished last year and fish down to the Susquehanna. Tom IIRC, the stretch from where we got out to the Susquehanna isn't a great deal longer than what we did this year. Given John's suggestion to "leave earlier-fish longer", with which I agree, how about putting in where we did last time and THEN go all the way to the Susquehanna. Early start and late finish should do it, no? Wolfgang we're going to need a beer barge. |

Well, a large soft object bouncing along the bottom beats a hard metal
object any day of the week.....and since you are going to be there anyhow.... ooooooooh....john - gosh Frank, bring something that floats and come along! What we need is an innertube, a large cooler and a big
rock for ballast. Well, I've been told I am as dumb as a rock, does that count? I think the significant characteristic here, Frank, is S.G., not I.Q. vince |

I think the significant characteristic here, Frank, is S.G., not I.Q. vince Things are rarely as simple as they appear at a glance. If one calculates ballast value by multiplying S.G. by I.Q., a low value for the former and a high value for the latter might yield the same result as vice versa. But, I'm going to guess the latter is preferable. ![]() Wolfgang obviously, high.....or low.....values for both wouldn't work very well either. |
