I remember fishing for Lakers from a breakwater on Lake Superior and while I wasn't fly fishing this rings pretty true. People kept coming up and bugging us about what we are fishing for and all that. One knob came up and really was having a fit because I wasn't trying to catch the Herring that were swimming along the BW. I kept telling him that I was fishing for Lake Trout and finally he said to his wife "it seems to me that he would want to catch any fish just to catch one." dave in Minnesota
