------------
Girdle Bug for me -- I have caught one steelhead, numerous trout,
whitefish, smallmouth bass, largemouth bass (okay is was only 1/2
pound, at most), crappie, bluegill, and a few perch.

Chris

By the way, has anybody else every heard of the single fly
competition?

OK -
I will bend the rules a bit, let's try one fly (a muddler minnow) in
various sizes - is that legal for a single fly competition?

I have caught all kinds of things on very small (like #12 + 14 - deadly
on trout bent on dries - gunk it up good)) to very large (2/0)
muddlers, well the 2/0 looks less like a muddler than a mass of hair
thing, but the snook loved it!
