On an annual basis, somewhere between 25 and 40 of these folks on ROFF descend upon beautiful Coburn,PA(high watermark of the Confederacy, by the way), and attempt to fish Penns Creek and the other streams in that area. Some years, we succeed, others it rains like hell and we merely drink heavily. Keep posted, and there will be much info appearing after the new year. I am the ringleader of this particular circus.
