Steve - do you know anyone that might have some input Mike's, er,
situation, given this: http://www.isc.idaho.gov/opinions/pfsi.pdf ?

And Mike, you might wish to check out if these bozos have all their
ducks in a row in Wyoming and all other potential jurisdictions. If
not, they might just pitch it back from where it came.

I'll simply note that the Chief Justice of the Idaho Supreme Court is
named Trout. :-)

I've got a ton of questions after reading through that document, but I don't
want to wear out your generosity, so I'm doing some research on Google and
such. If I may, just one question: Any idea what government office would I
start with to check if Purco has a permit for collection services in
Wyoming? Department of Finance in Wyoming? I'm surfing around but have yet
to find the appropriate starting point.

I would try their state's attorney generals office.

They weren't on this list, at least not as Purco. However, you may want to look at it
more closely.

You may want to look thru this group of listings.

http://search.state.wy.us:8765/query...mi ts%2BPURCO

This one concerns complaints.

http://audit.state.wy.us/banking/cab...intprocess.htm

You may want to browse this one for any time limitations.

Checking...lots of hits on the first group of listings but looks like you
found it faster than I could. Earlier I sent a few e-mails out to their
information desk and other agencies, including one to the Banking Division,
but haven't heard back. I'll settle back with a cup of coffee or two, and
take a peek.

Thanks for your help also, any plans on visiting us at the PA Clave?
