Default Home for Sale in the Heart of Marquette County Michigan

We are selling our home in Marquette County Michigan. We need to move
closer to my Husband's Job so the commute is not such a killer.

The house needs some repairs to it, but it is a great investment
property, seasonal home, or (as is very popular up here) Hunting Camp.

We are located in the middle of fantastic Hunting and Fishing areas as
well as Snowmobile Trails and ATV trails.

More information on the house can be seen he

http://www.geocities.com/djcmclaney/house4sale.htm

After a little work, this house could easily sell for $20,000 or more.
$24,000 is the average assessed value of the homes out here that are
not 'Fixer-Uppers' if that makes sense...

Thank you for looking.

With a little work you could make it look like Possum Lodge.
