'Officially' began 38 minutes ago. It's 17 degrees outside. Big fat
hairy deal.

Bring it on! Hot summers mean great night fishing and lots of air conditioner
sales. I love summer!

Default Spring-yeah baby

We are wearing short to work in Sacramento and it is unreal.

We have two times of year that are just real pleasant, spring and fall.
April/May and October.

Our bad thing is 100+ degree heat in August with poor air quality in the
Sacramento Valley. That is when you go to the mountains or the ocean that
are only an hour in either direction.

I guess the fact that we have almost no bugs and no humidity to speak of,
plus no snow, tons of people moved here especially after WWII.

Our bass are on the move already.

Night fishing's cool, but the hotter the better for my day fishing. Hungry
bass piled up on midlake structure & I can forget the air temp! Can't
wait...

hmm can't remeber the last time it got to 90 here in the Pocono mountains.
All three air conditioners are still in the shed from when I moved up here 5
years ago. So while winter sucks, i will not be sweating my you know what
off during those dog days of summer : )

We get a week or 2, 3 if we're lucky, of 85=B0+ with hi humidity. I love
it...wouldn't want it year round, but it's a damn small price to pay for
5+ months of winter.
