Default Montana Clave-Indian Joe ?

Re question of my attendance at western clave----Jeff a very firm commitment
six months out is tough to assure at my age--if you think air fare has gone
up go see a dentist.--with my teeth falling out every month and crowns now
up to 900$ my squaw suggest we might have to live in a tepee in the back
yard and rent out our house. How ever I would love to hear some more swedish
folk songs and perhaps help start a few campfires so can only say at this
time I am undecided. If you want to go ahead and firm up another bed fellow
please realize I understand.

Re Penns a definite no--good group of fellows but 37 minutes of fishing in
the dark each evening just cannot compete with a good day on a mountain
stream--camping on Slickrock sounds like a magnanimous event. If we got
two others to help carry the beer and water we could go down at Fatgap ,
camp along middle of stream, two fish upstream and two downstream first day
and switch directions the second day---then my load going back uphill would
be empty beercans!!

Re salt water inside fishing my kayak is hung in garage till spring but
planning to try Fla fishing----- in February--see
www.chokoloskeecharters.com ---the guy writes good trip reports
Jeff you might enjoy Mike Marsh's new book Inshore Angler-Coastal
Carolina"s Small Boat Fishing Guide

Re Fly fishing for bass--my big plans for spring--this is probably last year
I will have access to big pond on my golf course as housing is consuming
all my put in points so plan to ware out my shoulder with 6weigh.
Probably will suffer similar to Laffette ( don"t spell french well} who
complained of shoulder pain after shaking hands all day when touring the
south after the Revolution

Joe ----
