Only time I cry is when I fill the tank after a couple of days. 67 gallon
tank. But $2.75 a gallon for Diesel on the way to SoCal.

OK, that's what I thought I remembered. I'll be trout fishing
in the mountains of western North Carolina April 16-22, I was
gonna stop in Kentucky on my way there. As it stands I may
try to stop on the way back. I have tix for Cubs-Cardinals in
St. Louis on the 23rd so it's actually doable if I get an
early start on Sunday morning, I figure it's only 3 hours or
so from the MTC to St. Louis and the game is at 1:15.

It all depends on the fishing I guess. If the weather is nice
and the fish are biting I'm probably not gonna cut it short,
as much as I'd like to put some faces to screen names.

Have a *great time* in any case.

I have a question for you that you might know the answer to. We're going
out on the water from Kentucky, right? If I remember correctly, this
body of water straddles Kentuck and Tennessee. How far away is Tennessee
water and will we need licenses from both states if I want to make a
run? Here in Wisconsin, if I fish a boundary water between Wisconsin and
Michigan, I only need a Wisconsin fishing license, but I know that
doesn't work on all lakes.

Steve, if you cross into Tennessee waters you will need a Tn. license.
There is plenty of water in Kentucky....and it's a pretty long run to
the Tn. line. I doubt you would want to venture that far.

Steve, I will try my best to be there, even if it's just to meet
everyone. I have a trip west scheduled during that time, it's the only
two weeks the kid doesn't have some tourament scheduled, and I really
want to fish with him and my grandson. If I break a few speed limits on
the way back, I should be home in time to get there and share a beer (or
two) and some lies with the guys! grin I look forward to it!!!
