Default Question about Eyesight?

I've getting at that age where I either have to hold my lure 2-feet away
from me to thread my line through a lure's eyelet, or tilt my head down and
look over the top of my glasses. Yeah, yeah, I know they make bifocals,
just fighting that last step.

But my real question is to those that have gone through or are going through
this step in life. I am also noticing I'm loosing a little depth perception
too. I'm missing targets only by a hair, but missing them none the less.
When pitching, I'm not stopping the lure quick enough, resulting in a splash
vs a wave. It's like my depth perception is off just a little. Did you
experience this as well when the old eyes started giving out on you, or do I
need to go to a eye doctor?
