Good Day,

I am heading to The Northwest Branch of the Miramichi River(New
Brunswick) this weekend and I wondering if anyone on this board knows
what the fishing has been like and if there is any advice on what
flies to take?

Thanks in advance

I fish the Southwest at Doaktown and for fishing info check out
www.wwdoak.com,
under fishing reports. Good flies for this time of year are green machine,
black bear green butt, undertaker.
Good luck.

Craig,

I'll bring some Green machine, white tail size 6 and 8, Black Bear
Green butt, undertaket, shady lady and Same Thing Murray.

Water went up with the rain we received last week and fish are moving
so it should be good fishing all weekend.

Good luck

The water is awful low. Bring dry flies, patience, a folding chair and lots
of beer. Sit back, watch the river. Your in God's country now.
