Default Stanley, Idaho Presidential election results

Keeping in mind that Idaho is perhaps the reddest of red states, here's
how precinct 011 including Stanley, Idaho (my home town) voted.

Kerry: 125
Bush: 88
Nader: 4

There were a couple of write-ins with a tiny number of votes.

We had 83% turnout.

Needless to say, Stanley is not typical of Idaho, and I, for one, am
very proud of my town.

I did not appreciate that joke, Mark. I'm sure it was meant merely as a
harmless prank, and I bear no ill will about it, but it would have
caused me a considerable degree of embarrassment if I hadn't discovered
and removed it before I returned home. I worked hard to get my precinct
to vote for truth and courage and fiscal sanity, instead lies and fear
and corruption, and I succeeded, despite that ridiculous bumper sticker.

You and Warren would best keep your damn hands off my truck in the
future. It was slightly funny, though.

Hi RW
Did you ever hear of the Chaos Principal? It claims that the
disturbance of the beating wing of a butterfly in Africa can
ultimately cause a hurricane to appear across the ocean?

I wonder if that same effect could have applied to the last
election as it was so close. A certain fisherman driving around with a

How do you find the results for a particular district?

Not district -- precinct. I called the Clerk of Custer County. Duh! :-)
