Default needles codless fishing

No cod must be one of the most crap years ever,35 boats mainly charter had 1
cod .Most just catching dogs and pout and the odd whiting. We had a thornback
14lb[my personal best] small conger 6lb dogs pout and 2 whiting.Need some sw
wind to spice it up but if theres no cod left it wont help. The problem
maybee because of the masses that are killed in the rips in the summer. In
the last two years they found a spot 35 miles south were one guy alone
caught 168 between 10 and 25lb.These fish must be the ones that would come
in during the winter.greed has killed the fishing.
regards Andy

I agree. ICES has found the cod numbers so low this year they are
recommending a total ban on commercial cod fishing.

Will it happen? Pity the poor cod fish.
