Default Heavy jigs and blade baits

It's always tough to tell by what the Mfg rate rods at as regards line
weight and lure weight. I have an all start spinning rod that the Mfg
SAYs is for 10 to 20 pound line and 1/4 to 5/8 oz lures, for instance,
and I use it with 4 to 6 pound mono and 1/16 to 1/4 ounce lead heads.
I also have a casting rod that says the same thing except the smallest
recommended lure is 3/8, and I use it with 12 to 15 pound line for
T-rgging with 3/16 oz of weight and jig fishing with anywhere from 1/4
to 1 ounce.
