Possum Season!

Ah the weather is changin' and I did what every Eastern Oregon farm boy
does, I goes poss'm huntin'. I got me one rights away too. The next thing
I knew the ole game warden shimmys up and gives me a ticket.

"Damn poohleece man, its plum obvious you don't know that its tree poss'm
season here in Eastern Oregon. I have been killin' **** here all my life!"

"Nope, fella, you just killed an endangered ivory billed woodpecker!"

"Woodpecker, sheeeet officer, you don't know nuthin about possum."

Ah, I duz have to kinda admit the feathers on my poss'm did puzzle me a
might. Anyway, I am going out to hunt tree possums agin tomorrow and I
think they would make damn fine dog feed. Don't you think? Canned tree
poss'm, just makes your mouth water all over, don't it? Well it does lather
up my dog some anyway.
