![]() If you haven't already, all you BASS members will probably receive an unsolicited DVD in the mail. After viewing it, you have to pay $12.95 if you want to keep it. If not, they include a return label to send it back. Quite frankly I am a little perturbed with this method of marketing. I have been a member of BASS for some time now, and this really frosts me. It's not the cost, it's the technique they employed to sell their DVD. The letter they enclosed includes a customer service number - called it, complained, and they told me to keep it as a gift. The customer service rep indicated that I am not the first person to call them and complain. Just a heads up. Regards, Dick |
