Default Bassin' Bonanza!

Yesterday was a gorgeous day here in Lancaster County Pa. I took my
Electic Scooter & ran over to Long's Park Lake. I use a strange spinoff
of the drop shot technique by instead of using a sinker to get it down.
I fish the shore line with a small white or yellow plastic worm or tube
4' beneath a dark green painted bobber. (stealth technology so the bass
don't attack the bobber.) The great advantage of this (it probably won't
work in very clear water) is you can slowly allow it to sit still
twitching it now & then slowly swim it along suspended. The Smallies
seem to unable to resist this highly visible & tantalizing presentation.
I caught & released 30+ Smallies yesterday from 8" to an 18 1/2" fat
mama. It was my best day this year, but I usually catch 15 or more on
this unfished seniors only lake. Good fishing & better catching, Carl
