Default Stick Steering replacement

Hi All,

Has anyine replaced the steering cable on a Bass Tracker Panfish? Mine
has never been loose, alway very tight. But as I had never used a stick
before, I didn't know what it should feel like. Now after about 7 years
of limited use, the steering is so hard it is almost unusable. I went
to Bass Pro Shops in Orlando just to try the steering on thier display
boat. Man, what a difference. It is so smooth. If anyone has done this,
and it doesn't look that hard. Could you tell me where you got your new
cable from and what size it was.

Thanks,

Bikerb422
