![]() I have just been given a last minute invitation to stay with a fishing friend at Saranac Lake in the Adironacks this weekend. I drive up tomorrow with little preparation because I haven't been out yet this year, doing a big home restoration project! Any advice on what tackle/bait to bring? We both have canoes. He likes to fly fish, mostly poppers. I prefer spinning. I have a whole range of light to medium spinning rods/reels. We'll probably fish either Friday or Saturday, possibly both. I don't know if we're going to hit trout, bass, or even pike. Anyone know what goes on there or what to bring? I have only this evening to hit the tackle shop before leaving. Thanks in advance for any adice/info!! MK |
