I've searched the net for several days without finding the manufacturer of

Well, as I see it, there's two possibilities.

Number One is that Guideline Dynamic is out of business.

Number Two is that they don't have a website.

What type of rod are you looking for and what species/type of fishing do you
intend to do with it? Maybe I can make some alternate suggestions.

Guideline is abolutely not out of business, probably not on web.
