Hi, this weekend I'm interested in a hike into a fishing area, staying
the night in a tent, then hiking out the next day. My companion and I have simple fishing gear; no specialty fly fishing equipment. Does anyone have a suggestion of a hike in/fishing combo that would be between 4 and 10 miles each way? Also take into consideration the time of the year (it still may be too cool for fish to bite at higher elevations?) and I'd like this to be within a couple hours of Denver. Thanks in advance for any ideas! |
