Default ??? What's The Best Hook ???

What is the best hook for thick bodied rubber baits. I missed two good fish
yesterday throwing a Kinami Palm Tree. On I had on the other I just missed.
When I pulled the bait in after the one I had on I could see that the hook
point was bearly exposed. I was using an extra wide gap 5/0 hook.

For those who are wondering, a Palm Tree looks a lot like an Ika.
