Default Penns Clave Cabins

Anyone want to share the small cabin at Lakewood for Penns? I would
like to reserve it and the wiff says, with my history of tenting at
Penns (bears, floods...) that I should stay in a cabin and pay the
difference.

I'll even settle for a Mass. Republican if no one else wants to join
me.

I would join you if for no other reason other than conversion purposes, but
(AGAIN) I'll have to pass on Penns this year. This is becoming a rather
stale mantra, and I've been practicing with streamers this past year so I
could dredge up the really big browns you fellers have been leaving behind.
My lower back is getting even older than the rest of me and I'm working on
the body shop now to get a repair date. They say they're scheduling into
April, so we'll see what happens.

I'm still waiting, and wondering how Frank plans on
commuting the roughly 535 miles from Lakewood(in
Maine) to Penn's. Might he be thinking about the
cabins in Hemlock Acres???

your befuddled Clavemeister.

Glad to hear you are making it up this year!

The cabins have been relatively safe over the years (as long as you walk
home from Clave Central, John Baker's, or, DavePA's cabin), so keep it safe.
Don't leave anything outside that would attract the local wildlife, and
bring the large first aid kit (remember the closest hospital is 30-45 away).

see ya there...

Not sure yet. Haven't nailed down when I'll be there this year. May get a
large place, bring the family up for a few days and go solo the rest, or
whatever else works out.
