Near the end it shows (a) how easy it actually can be to hook a tarpon on the fly (a mere backhand flip to reach the cruising fish from the boat, in this case), and (b) what being spooled by a good tarpon looks like ;-) I easily duplicated both a and b while on Tortola, with an 8 weight rod. Four times, before I ran out of tarpon flies... /daytripper (it's like hooking a submarine)

Op Southern most part of Baja, La Paz down around the cape and up the pacific side a bit. They do use ATV's, where allowed, to chase them up and down the beach. That would be more my speed.
