Have not been around for a month. I have taken some advises to revise
my pattern a little bit even though some advises are too harsh. I am just a beginner of fly tying. Hope my new pattern would not let this group down. If you are interested, you could visit http://www.versacorp.cn/picImg/Abbey-Fly-Big.jpg to see my new pattern. Pattern name: Abbey Fly Fly hook: Same as Mustad 539 10# Thread: Black Wings: Pheasant barbs tied over the body Tail: Golden pheasant tippet barbs Ribbing: Fine gold tinsel Body: Red floss Hackle: Brown tied on as a collar |

Are you a beginning tier tying flies for personal use or are you looking for a free critique of a commercial offering ? If the former, nice looking fly. If the latter, you can go to hell and take your overdressed fly with you. -- Ken Fortenberry |

You are so obnoxious that even the spammers stay away from this group nowadays. MC |

However, asking for advice on flies here, is a waste of time. As you have seen you will be treated mainly with abuse. If you really do want information on how to tie better flies, post again or send me an e-mail and I will give you some links. If you are a spammer, then donīt bother as it would be quite pointless.
