Beach fishing in Africa

A few more pics from the De Mond estuary area, my favourite place. This time
from the wild
side. We often do a beach session on the low tide and then move into the
estuary with
light gear for the high tide targeting a different species. (see my post
"pushing tide")
These fish, Steenbras, are
serious tackle burners and can really "pull string". The pic of the big one
is
from a different trip but the same area.

This area also has good fishing higher up river but more on that some other
time.
