I just got back from a gorgeous week at Puzzle Lake Ont. The wildlife &
scenery were superb, my broter's cooking was world class. the trash talk between the younger guys was hilarious & the fishing was awesome. The pike were not biting (who cares), but the Smallies were voracious & plentiful. We all got conservation licenses (carch & release) My biggest was a 4 lb 11 oz Smallie. My nephew caught a 34 " pike. Pike are like carp with teeth. All pull & no style LOL. I'm glad to get back to the Pa. Dutch Country & my soul mate Katie the therapy dog. |
