Default ROFF

I posted a message in the tying newsgroup with no responce so I will try
here. I started tying again after about a 5 year layoff. I built a bench
and stopped by Cabelas and picked up some material. The old hands didn't
work so good at first but they are comming around.What is Roff and Roff T?
