Two weekends ago I was fishing at Floyd Lamb park and noticed the cormorants
were cleaning up. The outdoors writer for the review Journal noticed also at Lorenzi: http://www.lvrj.com/news/38993087.html It seems the birds follow or chase the fish around the pond; the activity will pick up and then birds will start surfacing where you are fishing and you won't get any activity for a while.
