Carp threaten Chicago shipping: Illinois politicians unite over lawsuit
They know the Court already has ruled the Canal illegal so Corporations
and their Politicians are going to try to buy Congress and the EPA not to close it. Chicago is using the Mississippi as a sewer and to hell with the Great Lakes. Make them move the water intake below the sewer pipe and force them to clean up the sewage which is not adequately treated.imho http://news.medill.northwestern.edu/...aspx?id=153370
