Assuming you mean salt water,

Starting with the point at Fort Pickens fish the incoming / outgoing tides
in the Santa Rosa Sound/ Intracoastal Waterway. Near the Bob Sykes bridge,
the Gulf Breeze wayside parks. A favorite place of mine growing up was off
the back gate of the navy base but I've not been to that area in a long time
and for all I know it's condos now.

The pass at Fort Morgan and off of Perdido Key were also favorite places for
reds and specks. The Orvis store shut down but there's a decent little fly
shop on Barrancas avenue and the Gulf Breeze bait and tackle shop is always
a good source for current info.
