Default 12 day plan with Jeff Miller

Talked Walt yesterday { spent some of Dene's money as she was in Raleigh
playing tennis } he said he was out of loop for fishing plans around
Morganton this week. Hope I told him right scoop--we will arrive around
noon on Wed. Spend two nights at lodge. {why do we need two rooms - don"t
you have ear plugs- i know you have shared room with PJ ]----he said
something about Tom in cabin ?---If you and Danyl are going on X games hike/
fish down big hill on Thursday, I might try to get Walt to give me a
fishing lesson on upper Steels.
Got out my 9ft 5wt Lommis yesterday- sure alot different from 7ft 3wt.
Guess you have to wait longer for it to load as I sure was not pleased with
my attempts. Sure my new reel and line from Walt will make me look better
anyway !
Does your truck have a disk player? I might bring along great sax thing
entitled "Sounds Like Rain "--also new music arriving from Bill Mason.
Judging from the size of flies Tom recommended for use at Penn's that I
better plan on using an indicator all week--hope you will be fishing close
enough to tie Midge on the line for me-- Don't those fish eat anything
bigger that a size 22?
See you Wed morning-- a twelve day fishing trip with you sounds pretty
exciting--if only we had a dog named Charlie we could probably write a book.

I have a CD ready to go, but I've lost your shipping address again...sorry.
If you could email it to me I'll put the music in the mail. The first track
by Wayne Hancock is the one I wanted you to hear, and the rest of the disc
is filled with a very eclectic mix...blues, jazz, pop, Latin, "Irish
folk-punk" and even an old standard by Willie that needs to be heard on
every road trip. Nothing "new" here, but hopefully some things you might
find interesting. Have a great trip!

Cheers,
Bill

Thunderstorms and Neon Signs?

"Irish folk-punk"

Maybe Black 47 or the Pogues?

On the way there, usually not on the way back.... Whiskey River's usually
better on the way home.

I like music trivia.

Mornin' Noon and Night. I haven't heard much by The Train, but I've enjoyed
what I have listened to.

Maybe Black 47 or the Pogues?

Pogues, but you have me curious about Black 47. I'll add 'em to my "gotta
listen list."

old standard by Willie that needs to be heard on
every road trip.

Probably describes more than a few songs, eh?

Cheers,
Bill

Check with Jeff--think Walt got us two rooms in lodge and I have talked him
into sharing one- think Jeff and this rider will be pulling out pretty early
Friday (knowing Jefrf] but have heard some talk of Tom having the two man
cottage rented? I'm just in charge of music !
