Penns Clave Traffic
For those attending Penns and driving in from the south, I just found
out from my PSU grad officemate that PSU is having commencement on the 14th and 15th. Traffic on 322 is gonna suck big time. I got caught in that a couple of years ago and it added two and a half hours onto my trip. Also, 83 is shredded at York. Is there an alternate that wouldn't suck so bad?
