Glen Canyon, Colorado River flyfishing regs?

Seeing as how this used to be my backyard, I ought to be the expert on this,
but I was not a flyfisherman when I left Flag, so I'm in the dark.

Can anyone tell me the definitive new regs on fishing in Glen Canyon? What
license do I need (its technically in Utah, but access is through Arizona),
is it mandatory C&K (it used to be in the past), and are there special
stamps/rules/lotteries/etc I need to know about? Can I fish after dark? How
far below the dam can I fish? Is there a National Park entrance fee?

A quick google search boggled my mind.

I'm an Arizona resident, and looking for a license to fish the Colorado
River below Glen Canyon Dam. It talks about a license for the LAKE (don't
want that) and a trout stamp to catch and creel (C&K, I assume) trout, but I
don't want that either. I can't figure out what is required for an AZ
resident who wants to C&R trout on the Colorado River only.

Maybe I ought to just buy a non-residents license for $26, and C&R so I
don't need the stamp. I think that policy is clear enough.

I'm actually perusing that exact site now in another window. I think the AZ
license is clear: I need one. I'm trying to be sure about the trout stamp
now....the site specifies the trout stamp is required for "all persons who
take or attempt to take trout" I assume C&R counts as 'taking or attempting
to take'. Depends on what you mean by 'take', I guess.

Strange that the bag limit is 4 per day, none over 12 inches, but if you're
blind you can only keep 2 per day. Geeze, if it wasn't hard enough to sight
cast if you
re blind, but then you can only keep two! Just try to convince your friends
that you really caught more than that!

The river is in AZ. Go to www.leesferry.com or www.mcg-leesferry.com. They
are two of the larger guiding ops at Lee's Ferry. They'll know the regs for
sure.

down "South Canyon". Great, secluded fishing. On the web I found
a reference to fishing at "South Canyon, Jackass, and Nankoweap".

is either "crowded" right at the river access, or you need to rent
a jetboat/guide to take you upstream where it's more spread out.

He also mentioned that fish sizes on the Colorado have been steadily
falling, but he had lot's of pics of plenty of 14-16"ers, so bigger
must be not too uncommon.

I know all those canyons well. South is a beautiful hike, ending at a
stupendous part of the Canyon (maybe my favorite 200 meter piece of land on
earth!) Jackass and Nankoweap are a long haul to get into. The upper stretch
above Lee's Ferry is quite crowded, but as a boatman, I get certain
'favors' from other boatmen....like I can get a ride up to GCDam with a jet
boat, and dropped off to drift down, spend a night or two, and just relax.
In my canoe, I can get to places the hikers cannot access. But the wardens
have boats, too, so I want the proper license when I go this summer.
