By the look of Bracknell's 120 hour forecast it'll be a stiff souwester with a long active front just to the north. If so we'll probably stay ashore but with a high over France it only needs a small shift to give either gales or calm sunny weather. I doubt we'll know 'till much closer. Cheerio, -- |

Ummmmmmmmm...not sure Bracknell are doing much forecasting any more, seeing
as the Met Office has been fully operational from Exeter for 6 months now. I could be wrong, but as I actually work there, and get precious little time off to go fishing nowadays, I'd say Exeter's prob'ly the source of any 120 day forecasts. Turn you back on something for two minutes and it's gone. Why didn't they nail it down or summat? I assume you meant hours there btw or is there a new service? Wherever they keep the pencil box, looking at the pretty lines they (you?) drew for Sunday the wind is going to be half a gale from somewhere north of west so Weymouth boats will be staying inshore. It should be OK under the cliffs but I doubt the Shambles would be very pleasant. Cheerio, -- |
