The far end of the prom is a good spot, leave harbour well alone - some do
fish the estuary, but hard work to get to the low water 'holes'. Going north, follow coast north and several beaches accesible through camp sites ! Be careful - you my have to fish in the buff at one. Shell Island (but it costs to get on, and you have to cross at low water !!). North again , Llandwyn and Harlech beaches are good fishing especially low water. Going south - The 'point' at Fairbourne is good on smaller tides esp. if there isn't much wind / weed. Try south at Towyn - cross river , approach rive mouth from south along railway (with car) then fish river mouth.
