ROFFians,

I just got an e-mail from Dave Gwozdz who is the head of the
Flyfish.com website. I had sent a couple of photos from our trip to
Yellowstone/the Madison last year, and they chose one of them as the
June winner for their photo contest. It's a black and white panorama of
me on Indian Creek in the park. They are SWMBO's pictures, but I get to
keep the Scott S3, 8', 4 pc., 3 wt. :-) :-)

I just checked their site and it's not up yet. Unfortunately, I
don't have a copy of it here with me.

Chuck Vance (already drooling over the prospect of that Scott
rod; my poor little TFO #3 is probably gonna get real lonesome)

Nice gloat, Chuck! I look forward to seeing the picture.

Oh, and BTW, you suck!

Thanks, Bill. Nice to see someone who knows how to react to such a
blatant driveby gloat.

I fished Indian Creek a few days ago with Danl, Jeff Miller, and Danl's
nonROFFian friend John -- second time I've been there. Beautiful creek.
There is a bear problem, but we didn't run into her.

I think the people who own the ranch near the trailhead, whose yard you
have to walk through, have an infrared sensor to turn on their lawn
sprinklers when people approach. In revenge, I waded up the creek
through their property and hooked four fish in the best hole on the
creek. :-)
