Newbie Question Budget Fly Reel and extra Spools

Hey All,

I need some suggestions,

I like to take friends and some scouts out on occasion. I have a
variety of rods,
and just like to let them try out fly fishing gear...

I'd like to buy several of the same model
fly reel and some extra spools
so I can swap lines over several rods.

here are a few parameters

Rods: 4 - 10 weight

Fish: Black Bass and Bream ( N Texas)
smallish reels are OK, even big bass dont run for ever..

Drag: I hate clickers

$ : L O W

New or Ebay used is OK

what is the best ( least expensive!!) suggestion,
