Kevin not that I expect you to change anything now The Cabin Creek Campground is easier to find people in, closer to actual fishing, easier to get in/out of and just plain easier to find. Plus it has an actual creek running along the campground so if you get a spot in the back, you hear running water. That sound alone made that campground much better, IMO. If people don't like it, they can camp at Beaver Creek and drive back and forth for the nightly fires and "camaraderie." The reason I chose the whole area was that it concentrates people. I'll have none of this "We are at a cabin 30 miles away from Clave Central so feel free to drop by when you are in the area" ****. ;-) The bacon and pancake breakfast at the Cabin Creek cafe' is well worth the travel.....they have ice cream as well :-) Harry Mason www.Troutflies.com |
