Can you believe everything you hear at the ramp?

I have heard that exact story about many different waters. Sometimes its
Game & Fish, sometimes its USFWS, but the story is the same.

Tell me... what are the chances? Percy Priest has very little smallmouth
management, and no slot limits to protect larger fish. The biggest smallie
that I've seen from that lake was 6.5lbs. Think it could happen?
